Spleen and Stomach Cold (Spleen and Stomach Weakness and Cold) can moxibustion Foot Sanli point, Shenque point, Qihai point and other points. 1. Foot Sanli: belongs to the foot yangming stomach meridian. It is located on the outer side of the lower leg, 3 inches below the calf’s nose point (2-5 fingers and four transverse fingers), 1 transverse finger outside the anterior ridge of the tibia, on the line between calf’s nose and Xiexi. Effects Tonifying the middle Jiao (treating Qi deficiency by tonifying the spleen), strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach (restoring the functions of the spleen and stomach), regulating Qi and lowering rebelliousness, and promoting circulation of menstruation and blood. The foot Sanli is a commonly used acupoint for strengthening health care. 2. Shenque point: belongs to the Ren vein. Located in the umbilical cord area, in the center of the umbilical fossa, commonly used in health care moxibustion. It is used for treating prolapse by replenishing yang qi and tonifying the lower part of the body (nourishing the kidneys). 3. Qihai: belongs to the Ren vein. It is located in the lower abdomen, 1.5 inches below the umbilicus, on the front center line, and is a common point for health care. Effects: Warms the spleen and kidneys, induces diuresis and lymphatic drainage, regulates menstruation and stops leucorrhea (regulates menstruation and reduces abnormally increased leucorrhea).
