Tonic Jiale refers to estradiol valerate tablets. Taking estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone may or may not be useful if you don’t have menstruation after removal of the uterus. If no menstruation after uterine evacuation is diagnosed as a condition caused by thin endometrium, taking estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone can promote the growth of endometrium as well as the shedding of endometrium will lead to normal menstruation, which may lead to effective improvement of the condition, and may be useful. If a female patient does not have menstruation due to uterine adhesions or cervical adhesions after evacuation of the uterus, taking estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone may not be useful as it is ineffective in treating this condition. Minimally invasive surgical treatment under hysteroscopy may be needed to facilitate quick relief. Women who do not have menstrual periods after clearance need to be treated under the guidance of a professional doctor and choose the appropriate treatment plan according to the condition.
