Peripheral lung cancer is inoperable, but chemotherapy and other therapies can achieve certain therapeutic effect, and the earlier the staging, the better the effect. Lung cancer is a malignant tumor caused by heredity, smoking and other factors. After diagnosis, it can be treated by chemotherapy, which is a systemic therapy that kills tumor cells by making chemotherapy drugs reach the lesions through blood circulation. For inoperable lung cancer patients, palliative chemotherapy is the main treatment. Chemotherapy can often be combined with radiotherapy, targeted therapy and other therapies to treat the disease together. After treatment, early-stage patients can often obtain a five-year survival rate of 70%; intermediate-stage patients about 15%~40%; and late-stage patients only about 5%. In short, the earlier the stage, the better the prognosis, so we should strive for early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment.
