Back folliculitis if bacterial folliculitis, should use antibiotic drugs; if fungal folliculitis, should use antifungal drugs.
1. Bacterial folliculitis: If the folliculitis is caused by bacterial infection, antibiotic drugs can be used externally, such as mupirocin ointment, clindamycin gel, fusidic acid cream and so on. You can also use oral drugs such as cefuroxime, amoxicillin and so on.
2. Fungal folliculitis: If there is a fungal infection, you can use ketoconazole cream or lotion, miconazole cream, clotrimazole cream and other antifungal drugs. If the effect of external application is not good, you can take oral itraconazole, terbinafine and other drugs.
