Acupuncture points beneficial to the kidneys are mainly distributed in the foot-shaoyin kidney meridian and the foot-sun bladder meridian, there are kidney Yu, Zhi room, Rangu, Yin Gu and other points.
1. Ren Yu: is the back point of the kidney, located in the second lumbar vertebra under the spinous process, one inch and five minutes next to the point of life, is the point of the foot solar bladder meridian, the main treatment for dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, lumbago, spermatorrhea, impotence and premature ejaculation, menstrual disorders, bring down and other diseases, for the kidney deficiency caused by the disease has a certain effect on the treatment.
2. Zhihu: It is an acupoint of the foot solar bladder meridian, located under the spinous process of the second lumbar vertebrae, three inches away from the vital point. It is used to treat diseases such as spermatorrhea and impotence, dysuria (unruly urination), and edema, and has the effect of tonifying the kidney.
3. Rangu: It is an acupoint of the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, located at the inner side of the foot, below the thick ridge of the foot navicular bone, and at the intersection of the red and white flesh (the junction of the heart of the hand with the back of the hand, and the heart of the foot with the back of the foot). The main treatment for menstrual disorders, yin ting (women’s uterine prolapse or even out of the vaginal opening), spermatorrhea, hematemesis, thirst and other diseases.
4. Yin Gu: It is an acupoint of the Foot Shaoyin Kidney Meridian, located in the inner side of the rouge fossa, between the tendon of the semitendinosus muscle and the tendon of the semimembranosus muscle. It is used for treating impotence, dysuria, metrorrhagia (excessive menstrual flow or dribbling), medial knee and femur (inner thigh) pain, epilepsy and other diseases.
