Can you get a hepatitis B vaccine if you are positive for hepatitis B core antibody?

If the hepatitis B core antibody is positive and the hepatitis B surface antigen is negative you can get the hepatitis B vaccine, but if the hepatitis B surface antigen is positive, no matter major or minor triple positive you can’t get the vaccine, there is no significance of getting the vaccine.
Hepatitis B five include: HBsAg (hepatitis B surface antigen), anti-HBs (hepatitis B surface antibody), HBeAg (hepatitis B e antigen), anti-HBe (hepatitis B e antibody), anti-HBc (hepatitis B core antibody). Positive Hepatitis B core antibody indicates previous infection with the Hepatitis B virus, but there is no guarantee that you will not be infected with the Hepatitis B virus again in the future, so Hepatitis B vaccination is necessary.
HBsAg (+), HBeAg (+), anti-HBc (+), i.e. triple positive, indicates that the hepatitis B virus exists in the body and is highly infectious and active in replication, at this time, the patient’s blood, body fluids, secretions, urine and so on are infectious, and it is necessary to consult a doctor as soon as possible for treatment. HBsAg (+), anti-HBe (+), anti-HBc (+), i.e. triple negative, indicates that the hepatitis B virus is relatively weakly infectious and weakly replicating, and it is necessary to consult a doctor for treatment. The ability to replicate is also relatively weak and needs to be evaluated by a doctor to decide whether further treatment is needed.
Neither major triple positive nor minor triple positive can be vaccinated against Hepatitis B because the patient is already infected with Hepatitis B. The vaccine is given to prevent hepatitis, and there is no point in taking the vaccine in this case.
If there is only anti-HBs (+), it means that there are antibodies against hepatitis B virus in the body, and there is no infection of hepatitis B virus, which is usually seen in patients who have recovered from previous infection of hepatitis B virus or who have been vaccinated against hepatitis B virus, and those who have not been vaccinated can be vaccinated in this case.
