Allergic rhinitis is a state of nasal allergy, which works best if allergens can be identified for specific immunotherapy, but if there are many allergens and specific immunotherapy is not possible, allergic rhinitis can be treated with high-energy focused ultrasound (HI-FU). Method: The procedure can be performed under local anesthesia, and the corresponding inferior turbinate and nasal mound and other parts of the nose are treated with ultrasonic rhinitis treatment instrument under nasal endoscopy. After the procedure, symptoms such as nasal itching, sneezing and clear watery nose will be significantly relieved, and there will be slight adverse reactions such as transient edema and nasal obstruction in the turbinate tissue in the nasal cavity and slight pain in the short term after the procedure, but there are no other obvious complications and no intraoperative and postoperative bleeding. The treatment effect is exact. At present, our department has carried out hundreds of cases of this minimally invasive surgery, and the efficiency is over 95%, and the treatment is outpatient and does not require hospitalization.
