What’s wrong with running hip pain?

Running hip pain consider hip muscle strain, broad fascia tensor syndrome, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, lactic acid accumulation, pear-shaped muscle syndrome, femoral head necrosis and other causes. 1. Hip muscle strain: if long time sitting or strenuous exercise can cause hip muscle strain, running pain, rest can reduce. 2. Broad Fascia Tensor Syndrome (BFTS): If the pain is on the lateral side of the buttocks, BFTS is related to the local aseptic inflammation caused by repeated friction between the muscles and the greater trochanter of the femur. 3. Lumbar disc herniation: Lumbar disc herniation compresses the nerves, and when running, the load on the waist increases, and the nerve compression is serious, which can involve the pain in the buttocks. 4. Lactic acid accumulation: Due to intense exercise, muscle metabolic products of lactic acid can not be completely eliminated, causing the accumulation of hip pain, which can be slowly reduced through rest. 5. Piriformis syndrome: strain or trauma caused by piriformis muscle enlargement, spasm, compression of the nerve hip pain. 6. Femoral head necrosis: Femoral head necrosis cystic changes, cartilage collapse can cause hip pain and groin pain, hip joint activity is limited. There are many reasons for this symptom, to reduce running, rest for a few days, if the pain does not get better promptly seek medical attention.
