What is scapular pain after bladder tumor removal?

After removal of bladder tumour from the bladder, pain in the scapula is considered to be caused by metastasis of the tumour to the scapula, which further destroys the scapula and leads to fracture or invasion of surrounding tissues. It is recommended to go to hospital for further examination of CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) or bone scan of the shoulder to clarify the diagnosis, and after clarification, treatment can be done by means of local radiotherapy.
Pain may also occur when excessive force is exerted on the shoulder during life and needs to be identified.
