What kind of scapular pain do I need?

The first thing to look for in this condition is a history of trauma or factors that contribute to strain, such as.
prolonged desk work, looking down at a computer, looking at a mobile phone, weight bearing, etc. If there is a history of such conditions, consider fasciitis, tendonitis, osteoarthritis, or even the possibility of fracture or dislocation, at which point it is advisable to avoid joint activity, weight bearing and further orthopaedic or arthroscopic consultation.
In the absence of such a history and when accompanied by chest tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, profuse sweating and chest pain, consult cardiovascular medicine, and in the presence of fever, cough, sputum and haemoptysis, consult respiratory medicine.
If there is a clear history of tuberculosis or if it is accompanied by symptoms of tuberculosis toxicity such as night sweats, poor appetite and wasting, consult an infection unit.
Consult hepatobiliary surgery or gastroenterology if accompanied by fever, abdominal pain, jaundice, etc.
