Pain in the scapula and nodules on pressure, in this case, the possibility of a primary or metastatic tumour of the scapula should be highly suspected. It is recommended to consult an orthopaedic surgeon or joint surgeon for further CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), bone scan and pathological biopsy for clarification, as well as the presence of primary lesions in other areas such as the lungs and abdomen.
