Hepatitis B 245 positive and normal liver function tests are usually fine. Hepatitis B 245 positive refers to items 2, 4 and 5 of the hepatitis B two-half test, i.e. hepatitis B surface antibody, e antibody and core antibody are positive, which indicates that you have been infected with the hepatitis B virus in the past, but have recovered from it and become immune to hepatitis B. When the hepatitis B virus invades the body, the body produces protein substances to fight against it, which we call antibodies. After hepatitis B virus invades the human body, the human body will produce protein substances to resist it, which we call antibodies. Different components of the virus antigen stimulate the human body to produce specific corresponding antibodies, i.e., hepatitis B surface antibody, e antibody and core antibody are antibodies produced by the human body against the surface antigen, e antigen and core antigen of hepatitis B virus respectively. Among these three kinds of antibodies, only the surface antibody has a protective effect on the human body, and the surface antibody usually appears after the disappearance of the surface antigen, which means that the body has cleared the virus and produced resistance. It is suggested that patients should not worry too much, have regular checkups and timely injection of hepatitis B vaccine.
