An alanine aminotransferase of 60 U/L is usually not very serious. Alanine aminotransferase is a common enzyme in liver cells, the upper limit of its concentration in the blood is usually at 40 U/L. If it reaches 60 U/L, it may be related to recent diet, and the indicator may be lower than 40 U/L when it is reviewed after 1~2 weeks. Changes in the value of alanine aminotransferase are very sensitive, and in the case of chronic diseases such as hepatitis and cirrhosis, the value of this aminotransferase is likely to exceed the upper limit of the normal value by 2-3 times or even more, so as to be clinically significant. If alanine aminotransferase 60U/L is found to be mildly elevated, it is necessary to be as light as possible in the diet, and to maintain adequate sleep, after active diet and lifestyle modification, the value of alanine aminotransferase will slowly decline to normal.
