There are different management options depending on the etiology.
If the combination of fetal anomalies is clear, the pregnancy needs to be terminated immediately.
If there is no clear fetal anomaly and the fetus is mature, a caesarean section may be considered as an option to terminate the pregnancy. Secondly, symptomatic treatment can be given to increase the amount of amniotic fluid directly by amniotic cavity infusion, or indirectly by massive fluid replacement.
