Leukaemia is a malignant clonal disease of haematopoietic stem cells. In the bone marrow and other haematopoietic tissues, leukaemic cells proliferate and proliferate in large numbers, stagnating at different stages of cell development, inhibiting normal haematopoiesis and infiltrating other organs and tissues, with symptoms associated with anaemia, bleeding, infection and organ infiltration.
