Obesity is not only over-nutrition, but also malnutrition

In most people’s view, obesity is because of eating more, the body’s nutrition is too much to use up, so they are converted into fat to store up, so the more fat people in the body to store more energy, is a kind of excess nutrition performance. According to this logic, how obesity and malnutrition can not be related to ah, why say obesity is also a kind of malnutrition? According to our understanding, malnutrition should be a certain nutrient (such as vitamins, minerals) deficiency, affecting the normal development of the body or body function, so we all know that we try to do a variety of food when eating, not picky food, in order to maintain a balanced nutrition. But in fact, malnutrition is not just that simple. The most common malnutrition is not only the lack of certain nutrients caused by picky eating, but also the lack of nutritional intake is malnutrition. This point we understand better, when the lack of material, we can not get enough food to provide adequate nutrition to the body, the body function will naturally be greatly affected, so that the body gradually slim down; if it is in the developmental period, will also cause delayed development, body function is not fully developed and so on. In addition to insufficient intake of malnutrition, excessive obesity will also lead to a relative lack of intake of other elements. When the obese person’s weight is rising, the demand for energy and nutrients will also rise, and so will the micronutrients. And we usually think that obese people over-nutrition is actually just excess energy, they are stored in the body are fat, although can provide energy, but can not provide nutrients such as micronutrients, but will increase the demand for this type of nutrients, is the body into part of the relative lack of nutrients. This is one of the reasons why you can’t just go on a diet when you lose weight, but you have to ensure nutritional intake first.
