Most of the patients with osteomyelitis can be clinically cured after actively cooperating with doctors and standardized treatment, and generally does not affect the life expectancy. Osteomyelitis is a kind of infectious disease, due to the spread of pathogenic bacteria to the bone tissue through the growth and reproduction and destruction of local bone tissue, but also the formation of systemic symptoms of the disease. The common clinical manifestations are generalized high fever and localized bone pain, soft tissue redness and swelling. Osteomyelitis can be treated with antibiotics to control the infection, common drugs include penicillin, meropenem, vancomycin and so on, and aspirin can be used to relieve the pain when there is severe pain. Drugs need to follow the doctor’s instructions to standardize the use of adverse reactions to timely consultation, drug allergy is prohibited. For patients with no obvious effect of drug treatment, surgical treatment such as dead bone scraping and segmental amputation can be used to treat the disease. After standardized treatment, most patients can be cured, without affecting the normal survival of life.
