Frontal and lateral chest radiographs are one of the most frequently used examinations in clinical practice and one of the most frequently used examinations in normal medical examinations. DR chest radiographs are often used in clinical and physical examinations because they have a clear display, can be transmitted over the network, are fast and convenient, etc. DR chest frontal and lateral radiographs can examine the lungs, mediastinum, trachea, heart and pleural cavity as follows: i. It can examine the lungs for inflammation, pulmonary solids and pulmonary atelectasis, etc. Second, the pleural cavity can be examined for fluid and gas accumulation. Third, it can check whether the position of tracheal intubation is appropriate. Fourth, the size of the heart shadow and the shape of the large vessels of the heart can be examined. Fifth, the mediastinum can be examined for occupancy and deviation. In conclusion, frontal and lateral chest films, especially DR films, are often used in clinical and physical examinations and are of great importance.
