The indicators of lung cancer blood sampling test mainly refer to the examination of tumor markers. There is no reliable serum tumor marker with high specificity for the diagnosis of lung cancer. The tumor markers currently used for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer include tissue peptide antigen, carcinoembryonic antigen, squamous carcinoma antigen, cytokeratinase, etc. Tumor markers used for the diagnosis of small cell lung cancer include neurospecific enolase, belladonna peptide, phosphocreatine kinase isoenzyme, gastrin, etc. However, these indicators are non-tumor-specific anti-inflammatory and can only be used as reference indicators to observe changes in the disease. Sometimes a combination of tests is needed to increase the specificity and sensitivity for the diagnosis of lung cancer.
