What to do if you don’t get your period with uterine adhesions

Uterine adhesions without menstruation can be treated clinically with large amounts of estrogen to relieve the endometrium and treat accordingly, or hysteroscopy can be used to separate the endometrial adhesions, causing normal proliferation and exfoliation of the endometrium, so that menstruation can come normally. Most of the endometrial adhesions are caused by surgical procedures, such as abortion, IUD, IUD removal and curettage, which may cause endometrial adhesions. As endometrial adhesions may cause changes in menstruation, low menstrual blood or absence of menstruation, the symptoms caused by endometrial adhesions can be relieved clinically by separating the endometrium through hysteroscopy and giving large amounts of estrogen for treatment.
