What are pseudo-acrodynia?

Warts are raised, wart-like rashes that occur around the genital area of the anus. These rashes grow faster and are infected with the human papilloma virus hpv. Condyloma acuminatum belongs to the modern category of STDs. So what are pseudowarts? What is the difference between it and condyloma acuminatum? Pseudo warts are often triggered by inflammation of the vagina and excessive leukorrhea, which irritates the vulva, especially the inner labia minora, with symmetrical villi-like growths. These villous growths will not be very high, will not grow very quickly, and are not contagious. In contrast, the growths of condyloma acuminata are asymmetrical, with warts of varying sizes and growing faster. Some grow like a cockle, and sometimes they become cauliflower-shaped. The two are sometimes not easy to distinguish, and a small piece of skin needs to be taken for pathological examination. In the case of condyloma acuminatum, the proliferating epidermis can be seen to have virus-infected pockets of cells. Pseudo warts do not have these pitting cells. Pseudo warts can be removed by laser or freezing, but at the same time you need to treat the vaginitis to improve the excessive local discharge. It is usually completely removed with one or two laser sessions, and most of them do not recur quickly as long as the vulva is kept dry and clean. That is why patients with pseudovaginal warts are often women. Due to vaginitis, or after abortion or childbirth, there is a lot of secretion and local moisture stimulates the villi of the labia minora to proliferate. Pseudo warts are not a sexually transmitted disease, do not worry too much.
