The patient, female, 50 years old, was diagnosed with 1) congenital right acetabular dysplasia, hip dislocation, femoral head necrosis with osteoarthritis, 2) pelvic dysplasia, and 3) congenital poliomyelitis of the left lower limb. The surgery was difficult and four sets of plans were prepared before the surgery, which provided sufficient guarantee for the successful completion of the surgery.
