The mother of the affected child should advise her child what forbidden foods to pay attention to when eating at school. 4, control air pollution. Such as tobacco, aerosol, play organic compounds (polish, paint, etc.), instruct the child to try not to poplar, willow, pine, cypress, acacia, birch and other trees with a lot of pollen, do not stop in public places for a long time. 5. Because some children’s symptoms worsen after exercise, parents do not have confidence in their children’s participation in sports. Therefore, parents are prone to dispel ideological concerns and assist their children in choosing appropriate sports and gradually increase the amount of exercise to enhance physical fitness and reduce respiratory tract infections. However, exercise should not be strenuous to avoid triggering asthma attacks.
