Chinese herbal soup dietary treatment for lung cancer

  Broad staging of lung cancer.
  Early and middle stage
  1.Qi and blood stagnation type
  Symptoms: poor cough, chest tightness, chest pain with a fixed location, like cone or thorn, or dark red phlegm and blood, purple lips, dark tongue or petechiae, thin coating, thin string or thin astringent pulse.
  2.Phlegm and dampness in the lung type
  Symptoms: cough, sputum, breath suffocation, thick and sticky sputum, white or yellow-white sputum, chest tightness and chest pain, dullness and loose stools, fatigue, pale tongue, white greasy moss, smooth pulse.
  3.Lung stagnation and phlegm-heat type
  Symptoms: poor cough, blood in the sputum, chest pain or shortness of breath, dry lips and mouth, constipation, red or dark red tongue, yellow moss, and string or thin pulse. This is a case of pulmonary Qi stagnation with blood stasis and phlegm congestion. Treatment is to promote the lung and regulate the Qi, remove stasis and phlegm.
  Middle and late stage
  4. Yin deficiency and toxic heat type
  Symptoms: cough with no or little sputum, or blood in the sputum, or even hemoptysis, chest pain, disturbed sleep, low fever and night sweating, or strong fever that does not subside, thirst, dry stool, red tongue, yellow tongue coating, thin pulse or large pulse.
  5.Qi and Yin deficiency type
  Symptoms: cough with little phlegm, or thin and sticky phlegm, low cough, shortness of breath and shortness of breath, fatigue, white face, thin form and evil wind, spontaneous sweating or night sweating, dry mouth and little drinking, red or light tongue, weak pulse.
  6.Yin and Yang deficiency type

  8.Qi and blood deficiency type (common after radiotherapy)
  Symptoms: weak cough, white foamy sputum, little breath and lazy speech, low speech, fatigue, shortness of breath and spontaneous sweating, pale face, pale white lips and claw nails, dizziness, numbness of limbs, constriction of tendons and veins, palpitation and anxiety, insomnia and dreaminess, dry skin and scorched hair, as well as dry stools and unfavorable urination.
  Depending on different types of lung cancer, different periods or obvious symptoms, the following recipes can be used as appropriate, or alternately. The second issue of this chapter introduces the soup making for lung cancer.
  Soup recipes for lung cancer
  1.Sanlun Peach Root Drink (Type 1)
  25 grams each of Trigonella, Curcuma longa, Wang Bu Liu Xing, Dan Shen and Ze Lan, 20 grams each of Yu Jin and Tao Ren, 50 grams each of Seaweed and Shi Mian Dai, 9 grams of Rhubarb and 30 grams of sugar. Put the above drugs into a wok and add water. Put the above drugs into a tile pot, add water to the right amount. Put the tile pot on the fire and boil it, then decoct it for 25 minutes on a civil fire, strain the dregs and keep the juice, add sugar to the juice and stir well. Clearing lung, activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis. Used for patients with blood stasis type lung cancer.
  2.Peony drink with purple beard (evidence type 1)
  20 grams each of Zi Hu and Bai Shao, 10 grams each of Licorice and Green Peel, 15 grams each of Citrus aurantium, Radix Aromaticus and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 30 grams of sugar. Put Zi Hu, Bai Shao, Citrus Aurantium, Licorice, Rhizoma Aromaticum and Rhizoma Chuanxiong in a tile pot with water. Boil the wok on a high flame, then cook for 25 minutes on a low flame, strain, remove the residue and keep the juice, add sugar and stir well. Promote blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis, dispel dampness and phlegm. Suitable for patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis type of swelling and cancer.
  3.Chuanbei Licorice Snow Pear with Pig Lung (Evidence type 2 and 3)
  Chuanbei mother 10 grams, licorice 10 grams, snow pear 2, pig lung about 250 grams. Peel and cut the pear into pieces, wash and cut the pig lung into slices, squeeze out the foam, put it in the casserole with licorice. Add a little rock sugar, water appropriate amount of small fire simmerer 3 hours after taking. 1 time daily. Efficacy: moisten the lungs and remove phlegm, suitable for people with cough, early to mid-term patients are suitable.
  4.Shihangbai Pork Lean Meat Soup (Evidence type 3 and 4)
  Boil 100g of Phellodendron stoloniferum, 15g of Mulberry Bark and 15g of Southern Almond with water, drink the soup and eat lean pork. Clear heat, resolve phlegm and nourish Yin. This recipe is suitable for patients with lung cancer with phlegm and heat.
  5.Stone orchid lean meat soup (evidence type 3 and 4)
  Use 60g of stone orchid, 120g of lean pork, 10g of ginger and salt.  Slice the lean pork and decoct it with the rest of the medicine and appropriate amount of water until the meat is cooked, then eat the meat and drink the soup. Take one dose daily in several times. Clearing lung and resolving phlegm. This recipe is suitable for patients with lung cancer with phlegm and heat.
  6.Beneficial lung cough soup (evidence type 4)
  Use 500g of pig lung, 30g each of Astragalus and Lonicera, 15g each of Psidium guajava and Fructus sabdariffa, 9g each of Scutellaria baicalensis, sweet almond and Draba draba. Wash and cut the pig lung into pieces, wrap the rest of the medicine in cloth, add appropriate amount of water and put it into a casserole to decoct until cooked, then remove the dregs to taste, eat the lung and drink the soup. Take 1 dose daily, 3 times per dose. Clearing lung and resolving phlegm, benefiting qi and nourishing yin. This recipe is suitable for patients with Yin deficiency and phlegm heat in lung cancer.
  7.Water fish, round meat and coix seed soup (evidence type 4)
  1 water fish (about 500 grams) gutted and cut into pieces, 15 grams of cinnamon meat, 30 grams of coix seeds, 15 grams of sweet almonds (grind). First put the above ingredients in a casserole and boil, then simmer for 2 hours, seasoning to eat, once a day. Clear heat and dampness, nourish Yin and nourish blood. This recipe is suitable for lung cancer patients with Yin deficiency and phlegm heat.
  8.Sword flower white eel soup (evidence type 4 and 5)
