When prostate cancer is in its early stages, still growing in the prostate gland and not metastasized, most patients will not have any discomfort, but only a few patients may have some discomfort. The following uncomfortable manifestations may be caused by prostate cancer, but most of them are not caused by prostate cancer, but by other diseases, which we should keep in mind to avoid panic and anxiety. For example, symptoms such as frequent urination, a feeling of incomplete urination, thinning of the urine line and difficulty in urination are commonly seen in men over 60 years of age, and are mostly caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia, not prostate cancer. Frequent urination and decreased single urine output; difficulty urinating and incomplete urination; thinning and weak urine line; urinary urgency; hematuria and hematospermia; pelvic pain sensation; low back pain or bone pain; unexplained weight loss.
