What’s wrong with sweaty hands and feet?

The causes of sweaty hands and feet include yang-ming heat, yin deficiency and normal physiological conditions.
1. Yangming heat: Chinese medicine says that the spleen is the master of the limbs, and the hands and feet are the ends of the limbs, which are more closely related to the spleen and stomach. When the spleen and stomach are hot, the heat will force the body to leak out, resulting in fever and sweating of the hands and feet, as well as constipation, bad breath, and vomiting of acidic water.
2. Yin deficiency and internal heat: Yin and Yang are out of balance in the body, and Yin deficiency generates internal heat, which may be manifested by sweaty hands and feet, night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, but sweating stops after waking up), heartburn and insomnia, and dry mouth.
3. Normal physiological situation: daily life, after exercise or in the hot summer, will make the skin pores open, easy to dissipate heat, there will be sweaty hands and feet, this is a normal physiological situation, quiet for a few moments the amount of sweat will gradually decrease.
