National Occupational Disease Standard stipulates that there are several kinds of pneumoconiosis as follows: 1. Silicosis: In the process of production, long-term inhalation of powder containing free silicon dioxide and caused by lung fibrosis-based disease is called silicosis. Silicosis is generally slower, mostly in the continuous inhalation of silica dust 5 to 10 years onset, some up to 15 to 20 years or more. However, if you continue to inhale high concentration of silica dust, some of them can develop within 1 to 2 years, which is called “rapid-onset silicosis”. Some silica dust workers inhale high concentration of silica dust, short time, dust during the period of no morbidity, but in a number of years after the separation of silica dust operations but found silicosis, called “late-type silicosis”. The basic pathological changes of silicosis are progressive, nodular fibrosis and diffuse interstitial fibrosis in the lungs. Shandong Institute of Occupational Health and Occupational Disease Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases, Zou Jianfang 2, coal workers’ pneumoconiosis: coal miners’ lungs to the accumulation of coal dust, and caused by the lungs of the tissue reaction of a kind of pneumoconiosis, is the production of coal to affect the labor force, threatening the health of miners, one of the most common and most serious occupational diseases. Graphite Pneumoconiosis: Graphite is a monomaterial carbon that exists in nature, which can be categorized into natural graphite and man-made graphite according to its source of generation. Graphite Pneumoconiosis is a kind of pneumoconiosis caused by long-term inhalation of graphite dust, mostly occurring in graphite factory workers. 4. Carbon Black Pneumoconiosis: Pneumoconiosis caused by long-term inhalation of carbon black dust. Patients may have shortness of breath, chest pain, cough, sputum and other symptoms. 5. Asbestosis: In silicate pneumoconiosis, asbestosis is more serious. Its clinical manifestations are mainly chronic bronchitis, emphysema and pulmonary sclerosis syndrome. Patients often have cough, shortness of breath and aggravation during labor. 6, Talc Dust Lung: Talc mining, talcum powder processing and other operations in the talc mining, processing, use of the process, long-term inhalation of talc dust caused by extensive fibrosis of the lungs of a kind of pneumoconiosis. 7. Cement Pneumoconiosis: Cement Pneumoconiosis is a kind of silicate pneumoconiosis with mild lesions. Patients may have shortness of breath, chest pain, cough, sputum and other symptoms. 8. Mica Pneumoconiosis: A kind of pneumoconiosis caused by long-term inhalation of pure mica dust. Clinical manifestations are similar to those of silicosis, mainly shortness of breath, cough, sputum, chest pain and chest tightness. 9, potter’s pneumoconiosis: potter’s pneumoconiosis for ceramic manufacturing and clay mining workers suffered from pneumoconiosis. 10, aluminum pneumoconiosis: a kind of pneumoconiosis caused by long-term inhalation of aluminum, aluminum alloy, alumina dust. 11. Welder’s Pneumoconiosis: a kind of mixed pneumoconiosis caused by long-term inhalation of smoke and dust produced during electric welding. 12. Caster’s Pneumoconiosis: a type of pneumoconiosis caused by long-term inhalation of high concentration of productive dust by foundry workers in the machinery manufacturing industry, characterized by slow progression of lesions. 13. According to the Diagnostic Criteria for Pneumoconiosis and Diagnostic Criteria for Pneumoconiosis, other pneumoconiosis can be diagnosed.
