Exuberant phase fire should be phase fire paranoia. Phase fire paranoia refers to a deficiency of yin in the liver and kidneys, where the yin does not control the yang, and manifests as a symptom of deficiency fire paranoia. According to Chinese medicine, phase fire refers to a deficiency of yin in the liver and kidneys (insufficient yin in the liver and kidneys), which fails to nourish the yang energy of the liver and kidneys, leading to abnormal body functions. Because yin and yang are in unity, if the yin is deficient, the yang is relatively hyperactive, so phase fire is a form of deficiency fire. After the phase fire is activated, there will be headache and distension of the head, dizziness and tinnitus, lumbar and knee soreness and weakness (a feeling of soreness and weakness of the lumbar and knee areas), five heart-feels and heat (heat in the hearts of the hands and feet, and self-consciousness of irritability and stuffiness in the heart and chest), and other signs of yin deficiency of liver and kidney (insufficiency of yin and fluid in the liver and kidneys). If the patient has similar symptoms as above, he should go to the regular hospital in time to avoid delaying the condition and causing adverse consequences.
