Postpartum uterine prolapse is manifested by ligament and muscle relaxation in the pelvic area. You can exercise the pelvic floor muscles through Kegel exercises, aerial stirrups, aerial scissor legs and other exercises to promote recovery.
1. Kegel exercise: first need to empty the bladder, lie on your back on the bed, knees bent, feet open to shoulder width, arms straight, palms of the hands close to the ground, inhale and contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, try to hold for ten seconds, then exhale and relax, start the next round of contraction.
2. air pedaling: lie on your back on the bed, waist close to the bed, lift your legs up, do the bicycle action in the air, feel the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles.
3. Aerial scissor legs: lie on your back, raise your legs, cross them back and forth in the air in the shape of scissors opening and closing, contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles during the exercise.
The above three movements are recommended to be done once in the morning, once in the evening, and three sets of each movement each time, which will help the pelvic floor muscles to recover.
However, if the uterine prolapse is obvious, it is recommended to consult a doctor first, and then do a specific rehabilitation program, not blind training, if necessary, surgical treatment.
