Scoring criteria for elastography

Ultrasound elastography has been widely used in the examination of breast, thyroid and blood vessels. The application of ultrasound elastography and ultrasonography has made up for the defects and deficiencies of traditional ultrasound examination technology to the maximum extent. A score of four is for a little green or blue inside the lesion, three is for an equal proportion of blue and green inside the lesion, two is for green around the lesion and blue inside the lesion, and one is for a basic or complete green lesion. An ultrasound elastography score of four or more indicates malignancy, while a score of three or less indicates benignity.
