There is no specific drug for Neocoronavirus, only targeted antiviral drugs are available.
At present, China has approved and marketed specific antiviral drugs for neocoronavirus, ritovirizumab tablets and ambavirizumab, which are used for antiviral treatment after neocoronavirus infection, and can effectively control the reproduction of the virus in the body of the infected person, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the development of the disease.
However, according to the 9th edition of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of neocoronavirus pneumonia, mild and asymptomatic patients are currently centrally isolated without targeted treatment. Antiviral drugs are mainly used for adults and adolescents who need isolation and treatment for mild and generalized cases with high-risk factors for progression to severe cases, and the current treatment is highly effective, with a significant decrease in deaths compared with the previous period.
