Clinically, there is no such term as colon nodule bulging type moderately differentiated cancer, it should be bulging type moderately differentiated cancer, and the treatment modes include: surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy and so on. 1. Surgery: Radical surgery is the main way to cure early and middle stage colon cancer patients. Usually, the earlier the staging, the better the effect of surgery, and the lower the recurrence or metastasis rate after surgery. If the patient is not suitable for radical surgery, but there are serious complications such as acute intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding and so on, palliative surgery can also be performed to relieve the patient’s pain. 2. Chemotherapy: chemotherapy is the basic treatment for patients with progressive colon cancer, and according to their conditions, they can choose preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, peritoneal heat infusion chemotherapy and so on. Commonly used chemotherapy drugs include oxaliplatin, 5-fluorouracil, capecitabine and so on. 3. Radiotherapy: radiotherapy is also an important treatment means for colon cancer patients. Preoperative neoadjuvant radiotherapy can help shrink the tumor and reduce the stage so as to seek the possibility of radical surgery; postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy can help reduce the recurrence rate; and palliative radiotherapy for patients who can not be cured in the late stage can alleviate the local symptoms to a certain extent. 4. Targeted therapy: Targeted therapy is a newly developed therapy for colon cancer in recent years, which is mostly used in conjunction with chemotherapy to improve the remission rate, and the commonly used drugs include cetuximab and bevacizumab. Patients with colon cancer of bulging type and moderately differentiated type are suggested to go to the hospital as soon as possible to consult a professional doctor to make a scientific and reasonable treatment plan.
