Can testicular cancer be palpated

Local palpation of testicular cancer can reveal a hard testicle with local enlargement. Ultrasound examination of the scrotum can reveal increased local blood flow in the testis, and once elevated tumor markers are detected, testicular aspiration biopsy should be performed. In the early stage of testicular cancer, there are no obvious discomfort symptoms, and palpation is not able to make accurate judgment. The diagnosis of testicular cancer can be confirmed by local testicular puncture biopsy, and when the pathology returns as testicular cancer, the diagnosis can be confirmed. After confirming testicular cancer, early radical treatment is also needed to prevent metastasis of the tumor and lose the best time for treatment. Therefore, if there is localized hardening of testicles and prolonged hidden pain, patients should go to hospital for examination in time.
