Non-small cell lung cancer drug treatment

Non-small cell lung cancer bone metastasis drug treatment: Lung cancer has become the number one cancer in China, and the incidence rate and death rate are growing most rapidly, and it is one of the malignant tumors with the worst prognosis. Factors such as aging population, increasing urbanization of rural areas and industrialization of towns, as well as pollution and destruction of human living environment and people’s poor lifestyle, especially the yearly increase in the number of smoking population in China, are the main factors for the parabolic rise of lung cancer incidence. 80% or more of lung cancer patients are already in advanced stage when they come to the hospital, losing the best time for surgery and multidisciplinary radical treatment. However, non-small cell lung cancer accounts for about 80% of the total lung cancer cases. Non-small cell lung cancer (including squamous lung cancer, adenocarcinoma of the lung). Non-small cell carcinoma includes: ① Squamous carcinoma: commonly found in male smokers, mostly metastases with local outward extension in the early stage, and spreads via bloodstream in the late stage. Adenocarcinoma: Most of the lung cancer is metastasis from bloodstream, and it is often found in non-smokers. ③Large cell carcinoma: slow-growing, mostly spreads by blood and lymph. In principle, it is preferred by patients with non-small cell lung cancer who can undergo radical surgical resection without distant metastases. The 5-year survival rate of surgical treatment can reach 40% to 50%, and the cure rate of early stage patients can reach 70% to 80%, while the 5-year survival rate of radiation therapy is less than 5%, and the 5-year survival rate of chemotherapy to remove small cell lung cancer is almost zero. Squamous carcinoma is not sensitive enough to chemotherapy, but more sensitive to radiotherapy, with slower spread and metastasis, high early resection rate, higher possibility of surgical cure, and better prognosis. Although adenocarcinoma is prone to distant metastasis, surgery is more often used to remove the primary foci, supplemented by chemotherapy (including preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy), radiotherapy, traditional Chinese medicine and immunotherapy, which can also achieve the purpose of cure. Therefore, for non-small cell lung cancer, surgery should be preferred when there are indications for surgery and no contraindications to surgery.
