1.Supervise the patient to take the medication on time: the medication is kept by the family, and the medication cannot be stopped or reduced at will. 2.Take the patient to the hospital for review regularly: in general, they should be reviewed once a month, and if there are special circumstances, they can be seen at any time. Pay attention to the signs of relapse and deal with them in time: observe whether the patient has the following symptoms: sleep disturbance, unstable mood, irritability or fretfulness; suddenly deny that they have psychosis and refuse to take medication and seek medical consultation. 3. Create a good environment: give them a calm and regular living environment; motivate and accompany them to participate in activities; exercise the patient’s ability to live and work, contact with society to face reality squarely, do not take excessive care or even surveillance, have confidence in the patient and let them learn to be independent.
