At present, it is impossible to achieve 100% non-recurrence of cancer. Instead, early detection, early diagnosis and early radical treatment can reduce the chances of recurrence and metastasis, so it is recommended to standardized individualized treatment. Early detection often requires systematic physical examination, which may detect early tumors, and early radical surgery, which may achieve radical effect and partial cure, but cannot achieve 100% non-recurrence, and requires outpatient regular review and observation of disease changes. Most of the early cancers can be cured through radical surgery, but if the cancer is advanced, it needs comprehensive treatment such as combined chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy to control the disease and reduce the chances of recurrence and metastasis through combined treatment. Whether the anti-cancer recurs or not, it is recommended to have regular outpatient review to clarify the diagnosis and treatment.
