Renhe Colic is the trade name of Compound Amantadine Capsules, which is used to prevent or treat symptoms caused by the common cold and influenza. The drug is a compound preparation, in which acetaminophen can inhibit prostaglandin synthesis and has antipyretic and analgesic effects; amantadine can be anti-influenza virus and inhibit viral reproduction; caffeine is a central excitatory drug, which can enhance the antipyretic and analgesic effects of acetaminophen; chlorpheniramine maleate is an antiallergic drug, which can alleviate the symptoms of running nose, nasal congestion, sneezing and so on; and artificial bovine huang has antipyretic and antipyretic effects. So clinically the drug is not only used to relieve fever, headache, limb pain, sneezing, runny nose, nasal congestion, sore throat and other symptoms caused by common cold and influenza, but also used for the prevention and treatment of influenza. Occasionally, mild dizziness, fatigue, nausea, epigastric discomfort, dry mouth and other adverse reactions may occur after use. It is contraindicated in cases of severe hepatic and renal insufficiency. Do not drink alcohol or alcoholic beverages during the period of taking the drug; do not drive machines, vehicles, ships, engage in aerial work, mechanical work and operation of precision instruments during the period of taking the drug; use with caution in patients with liver and kidney insufficiency, history of cerebrovascular disease, history of mental illness, pregnant women and lactating women.
