  Perimenopause: The time from the onset of endocrine, biological and clinical features associated with menopause before menopause until one year after menopause. The average age of menopause is 49.5 years for urban women and 47.5 years for rural women. About 1/3 of women can have a smooth transition without significant discomfort, and about 2/3 of women develop a range of symptoms caused by hypoestrogenemia of varying degrees, called perimenopausal syndrome. One third of a woman’s life will be spent after menopause. Work, life should be regular, do not drink alcohol before bed, do not drink tea, do not watch thrilling and tragic films, in order to maintain a good sleep.  6, reasonable meals. Due to certain changes in physiology and metabolism of menopausal women, the absorption of gastrointestinal function is reduced. The intake of sugar, calories, animal fat, cholesterol and salt should be limited and supplemented with high-quality protein (milk, fish, beans, lean meat, mushrooms, seafood, black fungus, etc.), vitamins, trace elements, calcium and fiber. To maintain the normal metabolism of the body.  7.Moderate sex life. Reasonable and moderate arrangements for sexual life, beneficial to mental and physical health.  8, prevention and control of menstrual disorders.
