Meniscus injuries can be cured, and the treatment is mainly based on the degree of meniscus injury, and a clinical treatment plan is chosen. Generally speaking, meniscus injuries of first to second degree do not require special treatment, but require rest and wearing a brace or cast, and can slowly recover on their own after a month or so. If it is a third degree meniscus injury, the corresponding clinical symptoms, such as pressure or playing soft, weakness, pain, such symptoms, we should be treated by surgery. We currently have two types of surgical treatment, one is incision and the other is minimally invasive surgery under arthroscopy. At present, basically all meniscus injuries are treated clinically by arthroscopy, because it is a minimally invasive surgery with faster recovery and less damage to the patient, even if there is serious damage to the meniscus, there are ways to treat it.
