Can sebaceous cysts disappear after being punctured with a needle?

Sebaceous cysts do not disappear after being picked up with a needle. After squeezing out the contents of the sebaceous cyst, it is obvious that the sebaceous cyst shrinks, but it is not curable because it is still partially encased by the intact cyst wall. This is a common complication of acne skin, which is usually caused by obstruction of the sebaceous ducts, which in turn leads to obstruction of sebaceous excretion, and is manifested by relatively large nodules under the local skin and dilated follicular pores in the center. For the treatment of sebaceous cysts, it is not possible to get good results by simply picking them with a needle, but usually requires a minor surgery in the hospital to remove the cyst wall completely and then suture it, so that the local sebaceous cysts can be treated completely. It is also important to keep the facial skin clean during the treatment process so that the sebaceous gland openings are open and the secretions can be effectively discharged. When the facial skin is itchy, you should not scratch it with your hands to avoid facial skin infection.
