I recently came up with a new minimally invasive method of treating sebaceous cysts and tried a case with great results! In general, people with sebaceous cysts are surgically removed in regular hospitals, and a piece of skin is removed, which will definitely leave a scar. Not long ago an operating room nurse colleague had a very small pink tumor on her neck, about 0.5 cm, and she said she didn’t want to have it surgically removed and asked me what to do. The result was quite good, no skin removal and no stitches, and my female colleague was very satisfied with the result. How exactly does it work? First of all, local infiltration anesthesia with a fine needle of skin trial, a very fine needle can infiltrate very precisely, with very little local anesthetic, to avoid a lot of local local anesthetic, resulting in local tissue edema, which is not conducive to the operation. In the second step, the local pore is dilated from the pore with blackheads of the powdery tumor with a No. 7 needle, and the sharp tip of the No. 7 needle can be used to pick and cut the pore to release the tofu-like material inside as much as possible. The cyst wall was removed with ophthalmic scissors. Local pressure was applied to stop the bleeding for a few minutes, bandaged and that was it. It would be a great thing for the majority of patients if anyone who is interested could carry this method forward.
