What about “pink tumors”?

Nowadays, fresh meat have come out of nowhere, a full and smooth face to show the soaring youth. However, teenage boys and girls will also ensue in trouble: face long acne bag, how to do? We say that puberty is the peak period for the development of facial sebaceous glands and the secretion of sebum. Under normal circumstances, these sebum will be excreted through the sebaceous ducts to the surface of the skin to play a role in moisturizing the skin. However, there are always bad times in life when the sebaceous ducts are blocked by dirt or bacterial infection. The sebaceous ducts become blocked, causing the sebaceous glands to become blocked in their excretion, and cysts are formed as a result of this blockage. Sebaceous cysts, commonly known as comedones, are most common on the scalp and face, followed by the trunk. Due to their different depths and contents, their sizes vary greatly, from small as the size of a grain of rice to large as the size of an egg. Sebaceous cysts grow very slowly and patients usually have no conscious symptoms. Cysts are mostly spherical, single or multiple, moderately hard, elastic, sometimes higher than the skin surface, and the skin may have adhesions, typical cysts in the skin surface has a concave umbilical cord-like openings, extrusion can be out of the tofu dregs or mud-like contents. Most patients can observe a gradual enlargement of the cyst. Sebaceous cysts mainly affect aesthetics, and if the size grows too large, it will also cause inconvenience in life; if complicated by infection, there may be redness, swelling, heat, pain and other inflammatory reactions, and the scars left behind after the infection often affect the facial appearance in the long term. Sebaceous cysts, once diagnosed, should be removed by surgery. Before surgery, a pike-shaped cosmetic incision is made in the skin along the dermal lines on the surface of the cyst to remove the cyst, especially the ductal opening. Particular care should be taken when separating the cyst, as the wall is very thin and should be removed as completely as possible. If the cyst wall is left behind, it is prone to recurrence. If there is preoperative inflammation such as redness, swelling, heat and pain, the inflammation should be controlled before scheduling the operation. It is recommended that intradermal cosmetic sutures with biodegradable sutures should be used for postoperative suturing, so that the postoperative period can have a good cosmetic effect. In order to prevent the occurrence of sebaceous cysts, the following aspects should be noted: 1, keep the facial skin clean, so that the sebaceous gland openings are smooth, conducive to the excretion of secretions; 2, the facial skin should not be arbitrary scratching, so as not to cause infection of the facial skin, destruction of sebaceous gland openings, resulting in sebaceous gland secretion retention, contributing to the formation of sebaceous cysts; 3, do not squeeze facial skin acne boils and so on.
