Can acute lymphoblastic leukemia type L2 be cured?

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia L2 can be cured if chemotherapy is effective, but relapse is still possible. Survival of acute lymphoblastic leukemia type L2 can reach 50% in more than 5 years, and relapse is rare in those who have been in complete remission for more than 9 years. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a malignant hematologic disease. With the in-depth study of cellular molecular biology, cellular immunology and genetics, as well as the continuous introduction of new drugs, high-dose combination of drugs, the remission rate of the disease has gradually increased, the survival period has been significantly extended, and at the same time, the relapse rate has been reduced, especially in patients with longterm survival, the relapse rate is low. Drugs include cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and cedarbenazine. The complete remission rate of acute lymphoblastic leukemia L2 in children is up to 90%~95%, and the survival rate is about 50%. Adults are relatively poorer, with complete remission rates of 70% to 90%. If patients are diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia type L2, it is recommended to actively carry out standardized treatment under the guidance of specialists in order to strive for a good prognosis.
