Recommended diet for anterior pelvic tilt

The majority of people with anterior pelvic tilt do not need to be corrected, they just need to stick to physical exercise, good lifestyle habits and correct poor posture. It is impossible to say exactly which treatment is best.
Some conditions, such as scoliosis and hip dysplasia, may be associated with an abnormal anterior pelvic tilt, and this is a time when you need to work actively with your doctor. Idiopathic scoliosis of 20° or less can be left untreated for the time being, with close observation and guidance on exercise, such as swimming and running, to build muscle strength. Hip dysplasia can be treated differently depending on the age of the child and the severity of the lesion to avoid femoral head necrosis.
