I often have back pain, could it be due to anterior pelvic tilt?

Past beliefs have suggested that anterior pelvic tilt causes an increase in lumbar lordosis and that this change causes low back pain, but one study found no significant difference in lumbar lordosis angle in two populations with and without low back pain.
Currently, clinical research evidence supports no association between anterior pelvic tilt and low back pain.
In fact, it is not anterior pelvic tilt that causes low back pain, but most likely chronic poor sitting posture. Maintaining good habits, correcting poor sitting and standing posture, and adhering to physical exercise can effectively relieve low back pain.
