Early clinical manifestations of uremia: 1, gastrointestinal system: uremic stomatitis, gastritis, colitis, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea and the smell of urine in the mouth; 2, cardiovascular system: hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, pericarditis, some patients appear pericardial effusion; 3, respiratory system: ammonia odor in exhalation, slightly fast and deep breathing, in severe cases, uremic pneumonia; 4, hematopoietic system: anemia The nervous system: easy fatigue, memory loss, irritability and insomnia, drowsiness, delirium, coma and mania may appear in the late stage; 6, skin and mucous membranes: such as pigmentation, skin itching, etc.; 7, water, electrolyte, acid-base balance disorders: when the kidney concentration function decreases, there may be increased nocturnal urine; also can be due to decreased filtration of glomerular rate and lead to low urine. Increased blood phosphorus, decreased blood calcium and high potassium symptoms may appear in the late stage.
