The latest case of small bowel transplantation was successful after the joint efforts of all colleagues in the short bowel syndrome treatment group. This case of small intestine transplantation transplantation is a good solution to the problem of post-transplantation abdominal hypertension due to the adoption of new technology. The patient has been discharged from the monitoring ward, stopped taking antibiotics, and is now receiving enteral nutrition. Of course, there are still many ways to go for successful small intestine transplantation, such as infection barrier, rejection barrier and so on. We still need to continue our efforts.
