The virus of novel coronavirus pneumonia is a single-stranded positive-stranded RNA virus. The virus continues to replicate even after a misrepresentation during replication, resulting in increasing numbers. Drugs and vaccines to control the development of the virus are not yet available. The virus has a high rate of genetic mutation and has a strong ability to adapt to new host environments and transfer between different hosts (e.g., from one animal to another and finally to humans), which is difficult to track, monitor and study. Various coronaviruses, such as influenza A (H1N1) virus, Middle East respiratory syndrome virus, Ebola virus, SARS virus, etc., are all RNA viruses.
