The IOLs implanted during cataract surgery are divided into two types: domestic IOLs and imported IOLs, and the difference between these two types of IOLs mainly lies in the different crystal processes. The price of domestic IOLs is usually cheaper, usually less than 3,000 RMB, and the quality of vision is slightly different after the surgery, although the vision can be better restored. The process of imported IOLs is very good and more expensive, at least several thousand dollars or more. If it is multifocal or adjustable IOLs, the price will be more expensive, even tens of thousands of dollars, which are still different. IOLs are not the most important factor affecting vision recovery. If there are other diseases in the eyes besides cataracts, such as fundus diseases, the recovery of vision is hardly ideal no matter what kind of crystal is installed.
