Interventional tubal recanalization with DSA

Female, 32, with 5 years of secondary infertility, had a hysterosalpingogram in 2010, which showed obstruction of the right interstitial tube and patency of the left one. However, sometimes it is said that God has a way of making things happen, but the patient had good ovulation on the right side and no dominant follicle on the left side. The patient underwent interventional tubal recanalization in the same year. She successfully conceived in three months after the operation and gave birth to a healthy baby boy. However, her sister, 26 years old, also experienced the same infertility fate in 2013 and underwent an imaging test accompanied by her sister. As a matter of fact, foreign interventional equipment for tubal evacuation is not always suitable for Chinese people, and it is better to have a doctor who combines obstetrics and gynecology with interventional medicine to perform obstetrical and gynecological interventions. In our department, we have been improving the interventional equipment in practice for many years, and we have applied for national invention patents and obtained national patent certificates, which have shortened the operation that originally took one hour with imported interventional equipment to within half an hour, and for a smooth operation in general, the operation takes only 10 minutes, and the cost of the operation is reduced from more than 6,000 to about 3,000. The patient is concerned about the radiation dose. Of course, it is our experience that preoperative basic anti-inflammatory and postoperative consolidation fluid treatment are necessary to greatly increase the success rate of the procedure.
